Brazilian economists cut their year-end inflation forecast for a second week on prospects economic growth will slow after the central bank raised the benchmark lending rate every month since September.
Inflation will fall to 6.35 percent this year from 8 percent in April, according to the median forecast of 100 economists surveyed by the central bank. Last week they estimated a 6.38 percent yearend inflation rate.
