ABC freshman sensation "Desperate Housewives" was the most-watched show last week, but CBS topped its rivals in total viewers and adults 18-49, extending its winning streak in the coveted demographic to six weeks, the network's longest ever.
CBS, fueled by Jerry Bruckheimer crime dramas and flagship comedies "Two and a Half Men" and "Everybody Loves Raymond," averaged 12.6 million viewers and a 3.8 rating/11 share among adults 18-49 for the week ended Dec. 20, which featured a significant portion of repeats, especially on NBC.
