Key issue in Jackson case postponed until trial |

Whether past sexual abuse allegations against Michael Jackson are admissible in court will be decided after a trial jury is seated, a judge ruled Wednesday.
Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville said he was concerned that testimony about past allegations might taint the 4,000-person jury pool already summoned for the singer's Jan. 31 trial.
Defense lawyers had requested that allegations of Jackson molesting seven other boys before the alleged attacks on his current accuser be discussed only behind closed doors.
