Now that the Blake trial is over, one former juror is turning his experience into song and that has hit a sour note with some people.
Roberto Emerick has returned to his day job, as a singer in his band. He's also recorded an album, called "Judgment Day," with songs all based on the Robert Blake case. Emerick told ABC7 Eyewitness News, "It just was a therapeutic thing for me, an outlet for all these feelings and the pressure that were on me during the trial."
The former juror number 11 says he has gotten quite a bit of hate mail since the release of his album, but insists he didn't try to become a juror to make a profit. He says he started writing the six songs on his album long before the trial started.
