If the ABC series' 18 million fans aren't worried, maybe they should be. Promos show the hospital on the brink of going to a "Code Black," and that sounds bad. Perhaps not flesh-eating-bacteria bad — Grey's did that last Sunday — but possibly "I'm carrying a bomb in my stomach" bad. And perhaps a misguided, over-the-top moment for the show.
