Filmmaking brothers Vlas and Charley Parlapanides wrote the script described by Daily Variety as a "heist pic set in the Gotham underworld." Former Universal production heads Mary Parent and Scott Stuber will produce the film with Chris Lighty and 50, who will be working under his G Unit Films production banner.
