The newswaves had bombarded the New Yorkers about the mayor's desires for Jennifer Lopez.
"I really tell you who would I want", said the Mayor as he was on KTU's radio Station, "J-Lo", reports the New York Post.
But Garinagu are waiting for the release of Lidani Garifuna Times Magazine scheduled for Friday June 20th, 2003 at Templo Night Club featuring James Lovell and Fernandez Band.
People who attend the Friday night affair will recieve a free copy of Lidani scheduled to be in the news stands the following Monday throughout NYC.
"This is great news", said Omar Vargas from Willis Avenue in the Bronx who just returned from a 9-month trip to Guatemala.
"I knew there was a reason why I had to come", he continued reading the Lidani Brochure he picked up at the "Garifuna Macy's"-Dionicio, "and it was because we are having a full color magazine."
On Sunday, Jerry Castro appeared with Centro America Show's host, Murphy Valentine on the weekly television show, "Honduras New York". Mr. Valentine, who opened doors in Garifuna television communications, held a copy of Lidani as he spoke to the camera and its viewers.
