Three men accused of raping a 12-year-old girl in an Aurora apartment two months ago sat glumly in an Arapahoe County courtroom Thursday, waiting to hear the prosecution's case against them.
Martin Garcia-Avaloy, 21, Gilberto Castillo Bernardez, 34, and Edgardo Alvarez-Williams, 46, are accused of 10 felonies apiece in the alleged attack, including kidnapping and sexual assault on a child.
Thursday's preliminary hearing never got underway and was continued until Nov. 12 because defense attorneys told the judge they weren't ready.
