Phyllis Cogan of Carlisle and her three daughters, Shannon Riley, Mary Cogan and Kaitlyn Cogan, all have served as nurses in the Army as well. Their experiences have taken them to countries like Vietnam, Iraq and Honduras to follow what they say is a "calling."
