A 40-year-old Nanuet man is awaiting deportation after Clarkstown police discovered he was wanted by immigration officials when they responded to a call about a domestic dispute at his home.
Miguel Sandres of Second Avenue was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, after an argument with his 17-year-old son and wife at his home, Clarkstown police Sgt. Gerard O'Connor said.
