BOOST Juice founder Janine Allis yesterday won the prestigious 2004 Telstra Business Women's Award, topping off four years of spectacular growth for her enterprise.
She said the business was now primed for a stock market listing but she was keeping her options open on whether to float or not.
Describing the win as surreal, Ms Allis, 38, said she also felt a tinge of guilt in claiming the award for herself because she believed that if not for her "amazing staff", her business could not have grown from 11 juice bars in 2001 to more than 160 around Australia today.
